Terrible organisation. Extremely unprofessional. Nothing to like about.

Dislikes

They laid me off as soon as the client project got over without even an official intimation that i am getting fired. No termination letter. I am begging for a relieving letter which they are not providing even after a month of laying me off. HR is extremely unprofessional and uneducated, cannot understand or converse in basic English, f**ked my first month salary by making documentation errors.

I'm of the minimalist type and the size of the company is one thing I am most satisfied with, not sure I'm up for the crowd. IBCS Corp has its staff's well-being at heart, super excited that my needs are almost every time met. Also, my boss is amazing!!

The only thing that would make me leave is the salary, at some point I'll need to level up as demands keep going up.
