Likes

The environment and culture are good. Most of the teammates are supportive. The best thing about it is the culture where you're going to be mostly dealing with kind people.

Dislikes

Management isn't such productive especially that they're facing so many obstacles recently. The self development is very hard. The job will be such a routine after three years with no extra knowledge. Employees ranking is very poor and the extra working hours are a must but they are considered as normal working hours.
