Waste company with no direction , everyone from India is not having any technical skills, they don't guide properly with wrong code and wrong solutions if we try to help them or correct them with proper code you will be fired They enjoy everything with many lunches and many parties but never work on right things It is one of the worst company in india never seen anywhere It is not software company it looks like internet centre No proper solutions they have , all solutions are not real time not scalable everything require lot of manual intervention to make it working Sometime they go nd run db scripts to solve code issues..one of the worst products no code quality, no proper technical direction no technical team All are temporary and some kind hacking solutions nothing will work end to end

It is waste of time to join this company no one is technical in Hyderabad office .they work with lot of manual work If u want to loose your skills pl join ibasis They never improved india team since years and years they are simply recruit good guys and screw up them

gender discrimination, female domination. No job security. no promotion, really bad work life balance. no scope of skill development. they will relieve you without any notice.

It is waste india development center , there is no technical director or team teams from india ..all are doing time pass work days and days for 1hr work They are simply wasting ibasis usa funds

I love ibasis because they will terminate the best employees for personal reasons such a nice culture !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the best to the best employees who ever joining in future aspects!

There is No job security, full of politics, unprofessional relationships management and employees, biased culture, No promised pay structure and the company cares about profits and won’t bother to take care of employee work balance.management encourages the nepotism only from higher authority and they promise on-site jobs which they don’t give,

There is no proper management in hyderabad office to take care of employees People relocating should be very careful before joining ibasis. The most worst department in ibasis is HR department.
