Waste company with no direction , everyone from India is not having any technical skills, they don't guide properly with wrong code and wrong solutions if we try to help them or correct them with proper code you will be fired They enjoy everything with many lunches and many parties but never work on right things It is one of the worst company in india never seen anywhere It is not software company it looks like internet centre No proper solutions they have , all solutions are not real time not scalable everything require lot of manual intervention to make it working Sometime they go nd run db scripts to solve code issues..one of the worst products no code quality, no proper technical direction no technical team All are temporary and some kind hacking solutions nothing will work end to end

It is waste of time to join this company no one is technical in Hyderabad office .they work with lot of manual work If u want to loose your skills pl join ibasis They never improved india team since years and years they are simply recruit good guys and screw up them

Dislikes

gender discrimination, female domination. No job security. no promotion, really bad work life balance. no scope of skill development. they will relieve you without any notice.
