Job security is too much high.Overall is Okay.Some things are negative but some things are positive.

There is no work life balance and there is no salary hike.Appraisal cycles are not on time.Pressure of work is high and there is no Saturday and Sunday.Because customers site work whenever come we will go to site.

You can get hand on experience with industry level products. Get the experience of working with platform based products.

Management is not good. Salary is never given on performance basic even if your performance review is best. Salary given on face basis.

Nothing, worst people u will ever meet. Terrible hr policy and hr people.

Everything.. No salary increments. Never pay variable amount more than 40%. Hr ask employee to submit fake reviews on glassdoor.

Good for learning only. Work culture is like only work is expected no personal life and growth. Even in terms of monetary all experience people will get far less than freshers.

Dislikes

Nepotism, if you deliver good work then you will get lot more work only without appraisal. Appraisal is only based on face & relations.
