Work culture is great, not seen it in other companies I worked for. No one is asked to do overtime and efforts are made to reduce workload if overallocated. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary structure incurs too much tax, revision of salary structure for employees to benefit out of it more will be great.

I2e gives to the freedom to work the way you want, here you just work you will have fun unlimited colleagues who will be your well wishers and support you in every stages. Manager who will become your ideal. Go ahead and join i2e without second thought

Work from home was our normal even before COVID happened. The company understands work-life balance and never calls us after working hours or ask us to work on weekends. Work hard and party harder is the motto. You can talk to the management about anything in the company and your suggestions and criticisms are heard.

Dislikes

It was the company office till now but the company has moved Virtual only since last year so that's not the case anymore. More facetime/outings with other teams is required post covid.
