Overall working here is very good experience. The company has very strong work life balance with positive work culture.

Dislikes

The most frustrating aspect is the “client is always right” mentality. No matter how long you’re working with them or how hard you strive to meet their needs, any single error and booom, now you’re a criminal. They don’t acknowledge that you’re managing thousands of lines of entries manually they only focus on that one mistake. There’s no appreciation or positive feedback, just criticism.

Very bad working experience and they can kick you out any time. Despite of working there for 3 year still haven't got the Experience certificate. Employee are just a non-performing assets for them.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
