...ure on developers. They take appreciations but blame always goes to developers. - Very low salary and salary is not based on experience or qualifications. - No one who has self-respect can continue in this company for a long time.

No job security. Very low salary and no appraisal. Least professional and financial growth. Useless and rubbish management sold out this company by putting their employees in a big dilemma.

...eless" people. There is no performance based appraisal and promotion. No ethics. If you join this company join as a PM/System Analyst you can enjoy your life by getting good salary without knowing the stress of these positions. Management is utter waste.

... had to work on survey page customisation and can't anything much from this job. Below average salary and work pressure. You can't expect career and technical growth from this company. Management is not clear about average appraisal rate or salary standards in India and master and salve attitude is horrible.
