Don't waste your knowledge and effort for this "useless" people. There is no performance based appraisal and promotion. No ethics. If you join this company join as a PM/System Analyst you can enjoy your life by getting good salary without knowing the stress of these positions. Management is utter waste.

In IT, irrespective of experience and qualifications System Analyst and Project Manager are awesome positions; you can expect very good salary, work life balance, adequate leaves and other benefits. Post Covid WFH option Work only on week days

Managers must have some knowledge on the applications already developed and being updated. Worst management; they blame you for their mistakes. Work pressure.
