Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing as such, no appraisal no salary on time and no travel remimbusment and they never give F&F to any employee who leaves the organization and never understand employee's feeling and family problem

This company was out standing great people, transperency with seniors. It was fun working, people always ready to help, work pressure but with everyone it goes very smoothly. we worked as professional and lived as family.🤗
