Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

Good working environment.Team members are supportive. Company policies are good but they can improve a bit in salary hiking and promotion area.Overall it was good that I had worked in that company. It was little bit stress but it can be manageable.

Dislikes

People sometimes offensive and angry for no reason and scold several times.But most of them behave in a friendly manner but some people often do those scolding things.
