Worst company I've ever worked with, they hold your salary when you take a 3 day sick leave and 2 half days due to sickness(which was informed but couldn't send an email for the same) even when it is not mentioned anywhere in the offer/appointment letter, which is ethically wrong. And when you confront them about it, they give you some bizarre reasons like, you were unprofessional, we were not sure if you wanted to continue working with us. Just after you come from the sick leave you would expect the management to at least give you a brief about the missing parts/updates in the process but instead you get a super angry BOSS scolding you for taking such long leaves and not wanting to listen to the problem you have, even when you submit all the necessary medical documents. This happened to me not long ago and I left my willingness to work. I was so demotivated and dissatisfied with my work (and the BOSS) that I suffered from anxiety and depression. I didn't had the courage to take a leave to clear my mind (because of the sick leave experience I had) I quit the organization and came to my home town to clear my mind and get relieved of all the negativity in me. Just when I thought I can work again and joined another company. They again had to ruin everything, they gave a negative red on my background verification and lied that I got absconded from the company (just becuase I didn't serve the notice period) even when I put on a proper resignation. And now I am jobless since November'20 (since my current company also denied to let me in because of the negative background verification) and I still don't know if I will get a job again in this sector. So, hytechpro actually helped me to get stress, made me jobless, gave anxiety, job dissatisfaction, made me a debtor and most of all they took my confidence.
