Appraisals need to come sooner ..... talent is to identified....given support and backing..

Seniors and colleagues are the chill. They're the coolest person ever met. TL and managers are amazing. Leaves are granted if medical certificate shown.

Dislikes

Location - very hectic to go and come back from office to home and vice versa. No hybrid mode, work from home. Even if you have completed your job and they tell you to log out, you'll have to sit back till the working hours is over or they won't let you go home.

Company was good,but Company HR was so rude and poor mannered..Also she was very much bothered about Company employees whatever do in holidays(sat and sun day) and their personal matter.. Also senior seo as a person was not good..poor mannered and much headache about junior seo..
