No appraisal(they have a no hike no promotion policy), work life balance is terrible they will expect you to work at all 7 days, refuse leave, gossip about you, publicly scold etc

... and management. there is a gaming for chilling. company policies are very good. and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Its been my 11th month here at Hurix. Its simply awesome. The management is very caring and they know your efforts and struggle (especially during COVID). Luckily I've been gifted with the most understandable and sweetest team. Thoroughly satisfied !

There's nothing as such, but the salary is a little low. The reason is that this field is slow but steady.
