Its been my 11th month here at Hurix. Its simply awesome. The management is very caring and they know your efforts and struggle (especially during COVID). Luckily I've been gifted with the most understandable and sweetest team. Thoroughly satisfied !

Dislikes

There's nothing as such, but the salary is a little low. The reason is that this field is slow but steady.

...s during this covid19 pandemic through mail, webinars and personal call from HR. Also company has not deducted any salary and have provided on time. Each Team had a call regarding their mates health. Many things that made hurix people happy and satisfied in this duration.

Dislikes

As everything has their cos and pos so hurix also does the same. I felt payscale doesn't justify provided designation in terms of experience in company Work environment good but pressure is much more due to lack of commanding Management.

No appraisal(they have a no hike no promotion policy), work life balance is terrible they will expect you to work at all 7 days, refuse leave, gossip about you, publicly scold etc
