Likes

Hulasi metals manufacturing Electrical Panel and Racks. I get a travel allowance but not gave to Holiday and leave provision. I learn in this company for handling the Client or Filling the Tender Dept. so i work hard and satisfactory continue job.

I have work 11-13 hour straight in a day. i have attended client at morning to evening. but i can't took the decision in this company, director took to all decision in our company. there is no job training programme.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
