Less salary Minimum appraisal Promotion with very minimum increament. Sometimes work on weekend due to client pressure. Seniors managers ignore junior working on off days. Had to work late hours because client is god for company and employee are nothing.

You have to pay 6 month or max 8month half yearly incentive at the time of leaving company, and the best part is it will not be mentioned in FNF.All the increments will be going to half yearly incentive. So avoid it.
