Huecanvas consulting such a worst company based in Noida sector 11 Actually I went to there for interview and got selected for HR Recruiter position. They gave me offer letter also but after 1 day i got a from the HR side, she said sorry You can't continue with us it's management order. I asked her about the reason but she refused. Guys this company such a bad, worst company. Don't join this and never go for the interview and work. They are not deserving single star review. Bad ðŸ˜ This was my life horrible experience.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
