Absolutely nothing, it’s the worst place to be especially in India

Dislikes

...isation boast about the culture but is highly unprofessional, biased and racist. They pay you very less, ask you to travel to office, if you say no to Manager “Miriam Magana” they fire you without giving you reasons overnight! There will beno support from anyone. The ER is hand in glove. it would be the most hunting experience joining this compnay and People Management team. Please be extremely caustic is ! You will ruin your career and have a never forgetting trauma and experience.

Dislikes

Managers expectations were unreasonable and the pressure was on from the beginning. They only care about output, first company where github squares were tracked. Out of all the companies, the only company where I had a toxic experience.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
