No hike. No bonus, prefer only those old people who are there in company from 14-15 yrs. No career growth. Very pathetic work life balance.

They have excellent procedures that promote, Team work, continuous improvement through training and mentor ship, goods carrier growth opportunities depending on your performance, results and attitude towards work.

Dislikes

They should introduce a compensation policy after retirement ( maybe monthly or quarterly payments) for those who contribute for many years 15+ years. Have a program that allows retired experts to come back as consultants.

Likes

Customer focused, Very good for hard working persons. The compensation and other benifits are good. If you are a good performer then definitely the compensation will be proportional.

...y, Compensation is odd and not fairly distributed , promotion not given fairly . They will hire juniors freshers and pay them more than a seniors , when seniors ask about the same they simply refuse to compensate , same juniors will work under those senior for more salary and in less salary you have to deliver more than them. Work life balance is one of the worst . Chinese has more power than Indian. They can force higher management to change employee appraisal even though employee is good.

To be honest there is nothing good to look for here. Senior management think employees as donkey. Only the good part is you will get the salary in time.

Dislikes

Everything is bad except the in time salary, though the salary is comparatively very very less and it wouldn't meet your requirements or satisfaction. More work less salary.
