No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired anytime.

Being a core Engineering organization with high voltage Project Management: Huawei offers high pace learning in new technologies with better salary than Industry.

Work Culture,though is more controlled by Chinese managers: number of times which is stiffling.

There were only few people are good. Most of the people are racist and political mind set who does do 24/7. I must say it's the worst company I ever had in my life.

Job security less and with small mistakes you will get fired and you need to work under pressure with lesser salary.

All management decisions are taken by Chinese, Indians are just to do the manual work No Technology transfer, lack of trust with management No work life balance
