...i , learning opportunities is very good. One can work in multiple technologies . Compensation and benefits are very good. Hike and bonus are very high based on the performance of individual.

Dislikes

Working time is very long . Quite difficult to manage work life balance.

No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired anytime.

Likes

Compensation and benefits are really good but working culture and job security is not at all worth mentioning.

Dislikes

There is a huge difference between On role and off role employees although both work hand in hand for the benefits and excellence of the company but generally all the accolades and awards were presented to on role . management's inclination is much more towards them.

Horrible management, no work life balance, after hard work of 1 year they will give 0% hike and bonus . Completely disappointed , when joined Huawei I had Great image , now I have no image of Huawei, no values to employees, evertime disappointed.

Dislikes

Manager plays games , nothing is predefined, everything is based on manager mood and need , after so much of hardworking , days and nights spent and in last felt disappointment with their hike and bonus.

Few Key things one can get benifited. 1. Joining as a Fresher is very good choice to work in Huawei 2. Lot of onsite opportunities gives great exposure to client and good DA 3. You will get to know overall telecom exposure, since it allows you to work on different modules in different projects. 4. you can play higher roles with minimum experience based on project requirements.

Dislikes

...tract, getting into permanent is difficult task and for some it takes ages. 2. As you gain experience your salary is low, the basic pay is very low always. 3. No work life balance. 4. only few gets promoted and get higher roles to play in actual on paper.
