There are so many wonderful things about working at SAA Consultancy. There is NO micro management kind of things. Freedom to all employees to learn and upgrade themselves. Flexible working hours for work-life balance. Work culture is so nice that everything is transparent and you are allowed to lead from the front in every projects if you have the confidence to do it. Management is keep on motivating their employees to give their best.

Dislikes

They conduct appraisal after every 6 months but monitor their performance each month based on the task assigned to each individual which helps employees to be productive always. If any problem at home, they allow leave for a day or two or for a week and at the same moment the teammates will handle the work load, that shows the bond between them. Also, they give work from home facility in certain circumstances.
