Best for freshers my outfit can learn a lot here, pay is bit low but other medial benefits are and insurance cover is good and fast disbasal also they pay salary on 1st of every month, If you are serious about the work it's the best company.

Dislikes

... years or more, but overall work culture is good. Bosses are very co-operative. They don't cut your salary if you are sick or have any emergency.

HTIS is a 3rd party vendor company which has a tie up with MNC and they hire for such MNCs on their payroll for contract positions. The best part is that you get to work in MNC culture and can develop good skills and make good links and you may get hired permanently based on the requirement and performance or look for outside opportunities based on your skills set and experience.

Once the contract or project is over you can be terminated with 1 month or less notice Also Salary appraisal/benefits and trainings depend on the company you work for .You may or may not get a yearly increment .

Not a good company at all. They r just hiring for clients & all the things will happens as per clients only. HTIS won't take any responsibility of their employees.

Claims/Allowance not given properly, also Manager takes money from employee, my pending claim from 2020 not cleared after 2 years tooo, I return company kit .but still can't receive allowance as discussed with Manager Himanshu Rao

Over All Experience is very Good ** It is a pleasure working with Horizon Telecom company. I appreciate HR Team for caring employees and motivating and for dynamic policies. I fortunate to have Good Management Team. I Feel Leadership Team is very transparent on projects Roadmaps and regular meetings - outcomes. I learned a lot and continue to learn from all levels of Team. I got Team guidance and support over the past years and look forward. I look back on this time with extreme gratitude.
