Salary - While in college placements, they will promise a package of 3.6 LPA, but when you join the company, the first salary you will receive is 15,000. They have added so much items in the offer letter that you even won't understand! Also, if you ask for your salary breakdown, they will behave like you are asking them for 100gm of gold. 4. The manager and the boss have nothing to do with your mental peace, just do what they assign to you. No one will ever care about your work-life balance, your growth, your mental peace. 5. Office atmosphere is very bad. Seniors will do as rubbish things as they want, but if you do something like them, they will form a group along with manager and judge you like anything. 6. No culture. People here are always planning to celebrate each and every occasion, no matter you are involved in that or handling your workload. So, go to this company if you just want to take experience in US projects and get out of this as soon as you think you have a better opportunity.

Company is good. Company provide all benefits to employee. Civil team is good

Dislikes

The manager of IT team is playing politics with the employees, making false promises. And failing to follow through. They are pressuring employees to resign, which results in innocent and hard working employee being unfairly targeted and dismiss due to this political game.
