1. Hikes are not that appropriate 2. Huge difference is salary of same experienced person as lateral hired person gets tremendous hike as compare to existing employee. 3. All leaves need to be utilized 4. Behind in adopting latest technologies as compare to other banks 5. Continuous changes in strategies, leaders, organization and team structure 6. Layoffs after 3-4 years 7. Budgeting issues 8. No onsite opportunities

Only con is long working hours... I work 10-11 hrs daily

The cultural of the bank is very good. You don’t have to work extra hours even if it’s urgent.

Compensation is low as compared to industry and growth opportunities are not there because of complex structure.
