I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.

- Work Life balance is unmatched - Non monetary perks - Hybrid and Flexible working hours - Health policy for self and parents. For parents it's paid but premiums much lesser than in the market - Ample growth opportunities - Career progression is kind of automatic - Reputable designations are given

- Salary hikes and monetary perks are on the lower side. As you spend more than 5-7 year's you kind of hit a wall - Lack of leadership roles

Great learning opportunities at work. Good job satisfaction and opportunity to explore a lot of models for development and validation

Work culture varies from team to team. HSBC is a bureaucratic mess. The management is clueless about what is happening and just throws around the latest buzzwords like a parrot There is a lot of scope to develop your skills and learn as there is no one here who knows anything and you yourself have to take up the initiative to do things

Compensation is poor There are no procedures in place to accomplish things but their feature list is too long, expectations are high and timelines are too tight

The company provides lots of avenues for training . Colleagues respect /support each other in work with good work life balance
