... don't join this, it will really make u suffer. You will feel like running away. Salary is very less and expectations from u are like vice President. Work life balance is not there. Ànd trust me if you want a peaceful life then don't take this job. If any how you get here then just leave in one year only. Only work work and work, no other activities. You have to pay for each every thing team lunch, team dinner and any team outing. Nothing is financed by company.

Work culture is good, supportive atmosphere in terms of growth & professional development. Great onshore team to learn from and transparent management with clear defined objectives and strategy.

Poor pay Master as compared to competitors. Much of the responsibilities & ownership is pushed to lower management while higher management enjoys high salary and great perks. Very low opportunity for business travel and personal interaction is missing between you & your stake holders (which hinders rapport building). Appraisal is okay but good to high performers will be disappointed due to disproportionate distribution of appraisal & cash incentives.

Management is a mix of bad and good. After you are promoted to managerial level you are expect to know about 80percent of your responsibility that you were never exposed to. The compensation is too poor compare to any other company but you will have mountenious responsibility.

Pay package- it is peanuts compare to other companies of same stature and work politics. Transport is free within a certain time but if your shift is outside that time window you need to travel to nodal point on your own to get the transport.

Good work environment with friendly , non judgemental people.salary structure & pay package is excellent as per industry standards, growth is slow &learning opportunities are decided by line managers who are not always impartial, leave policy is very good with support for different life events like exams, motherhood, demise of loved ones.Overall, a good place to work if growth is not the primary concern but job stability is.

Learning opportunities are decided by line managers even though the courses may be open to all.this is a huge deterrent to one's growth.I also see a lot of bias in recognizing performance or contribution.Facilities can be improved at the Kolkata site with better building condition, adding a gym & maybe putting more greenery inside the building instead of the plastic flowers I see around
