Poor Pay. Lack of growth opportunities/ overseas travel opportunities. Transport facilities for staff is very poor. Clearly reflects the cost cutting measures. Pathetic food at cafeteria shows lack of attention to quality.

... They only want to get their work done with zero incentives for their employees. And when it comes to annual bonus, a very good excuse comes up of the poor performance of company.
