The work culture and the management was simply awesome, it's like a government job, we can finish our work and enjoy there will be no stress for the employees to do the work more what you have assigned, I simply love this company a lot

From my perception the pay was low compare to other organizations rather than that there is no cons to the company

The company has a fairly balanced work culture. It doesn't push employees to work beyond the specified hours. Additionally, there is a strong sense of ownership of the work. One gets to present his work to the higher managment thus there is good visibility.

Dislikes

Salary, at the beginning, is not as high as any other bank with similar profile as HSBC. Bank is probably, a little more conservative in welcoming newer technology.

Employee friendly and supportive management. There are opportunities to grow as well in various field internally.

Salary is way too less given experience of people working and appraisals as well has been very disappointing.
