Colleagues are helpful always and supportive. Average job security and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike and incentive structure. Policies and procedures are not easy and owing to which internal documentation becomes difficult. Management does not give importance about career growth of employees.

Likes

The company has a fairly balanced work culture. It doesn't push employees to work beyond the specified hours. Additionally, there is a strong sense of ownership of the work. One gets to present his work to the higher managment thus there is good visibility.

Dislikes

Salary, at the beginning, is not as high as any other bank with similar profile as HSBC. Bank is probably, a little more conservative in welcoming newer technology.
