Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Some senior employee support to me .

There was no compensation was there, growth is to slow. PF facility was there but they deduct both side amount from employee salary side. The work pressure is very high.No social platform ,Consultancy was there for recruitment Sometime i do those work which should not cover in my profile.Director do not value an individuals unique way which is why i have to take back my suggestions many times. One most important part is I do not receive my Salary from employees side while i give resign to company i work 20 days in month they do not pay and rising to many issues..Many time i mail to company to release my salary they do not reply me on mail.
