All teammates are good,training is not so good and no job security,no career growth,no chance of salary increament,full of politics bad environment for working.

Dislikes

No compensation,slow growth,high pressure,managers do not valua which why i have to taje back my suggestions most of times

I had a great time & good experience in this HPM INFRA LLP family.... Iam really glad to work with.....if possible iam ready to work for the next project also..... Iam sorry to say this but I recommend to HO pls give Surprise visits to your site & need to arrange the meeting with your employees those who are working at site....
