There is no dislike about working at hmel. I want work honestly with this firm. This is my aim. Here is lot of idea to growth the life in the future. after hardwork then can change the improvements in our skills.

...dul sir, he is my Boss. The is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are also very good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is providing for new joiners

Pros 1.Organisation is very good in terms of compensation and benefits, work culture, training. 2.Maintains high standards of safety and is quite serious about imbibing awareness among all its employees. 3. For operations/process/maintenance engineers have good opportunities for learning. 4.Mediclaim policy is one among the best. 5.Highest ethical standards. 6. HR policies are clear and implemented stringently. Every admin related activities are e-portal based so no delay in the process. 7. Township is well equipped and company really takes care of family as well. Have lot of recreational activities/programmes curated for families, monthly refinery visits for families, invitation for family members while you are felicitated on quarterly conclaves...all these impart a sense of belongingness. Good work-life balance

1. Lesser opportunities for promotion in some departments. 2. Climate in Bathinda can be a challenge

...balance: office shift end at 6 pm mostly but need to stretch one time a week. Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants

... my tenure of 13 year. A truly professional company with good work life balance. One can think about his retirement if he/she is not very ambitious about carrier and package.

Dislikes

Promotion policy is very poor. You have to wait atleast 5 years to get promotion, if everything will go in your favour else may take 6-8 years to get single promotion.
