...good learning opportunity and this makes it different from other market players. It has good salary structure, mediclaim policy, admin and HR policies. One can develop their skills and get rare opportunities at very early in their career. Since manpower is very optimized, team building and bonding is utmost important here. Collegues are from across the world and all work in healthy collaboration.

Compensation is good but when it comes to career progression its slow. Work pressure is very high on those who actually work, i would say unequal distribution of work load. Rarely (but it happens) when your decision goes wrong, you might land up loosing your job also.

...balance: office shift end at 6 pm mostly but need to stretch one time a week. Salary n benefits: only salary and no benefits Promotion n appraisal: no promotion and very low appraisal Job security: Terrible. Will notify you 1 month before to find another job as you are not working properly no warning to work properly just fired Skill development: nothing at all. U have to do just what u have told no taining for off role. Work satisfaction: worst experience Company culture: suffocating and worst in world treat off role like servants
