Only required some improvement like management needs to be flexible and concerned with staff's requirements and growth opportunities.

...you be a contributor towards the company goals, then you will really excel here. Salary is on time and compensation is moderate. products training is good, but life skills training is missing.

People who are working here from last 10-15 years have become indispensable, which is not right. sometimes it is too political.

Company deals in big projects also individual can get more and more exposure technical and management of projects.

Actually company overall learning opportunities is good.You can get more exposure only travelling is more than usual company.

Wonderful time and experience having worked with Howell from past 2 years or so.There is every possible opportunity in the given setup provided you have the skills to justify.The work atmosphere amongst the team is absolute best given that people from various regions gel up together quite nicely both in terms of support as well as the understanding of the work allotted.The management is no less in terms of opportunities they come up with for the deserving ones thus providing a wonderful platform for the overall good the employee.

There has to be more focus on accountability of the employees both in terms of the ground work and support from the management which they are supposed to provide.

Company provides enough opportunities to grow and develop your skill sets.. where most of the employees work with technical background. Premises got recent restructuring providing state-of- the- art facilities. Conducive environment !
