Increment and promotion are not as per policy. Biased HR is not supportive in any case No Technical work , only have to work as per management expectations. No value of technical expertise

Middle Management/Managers down to the top management doesn't value their reportees/subordinates/juniors rather takes all the credits of their hard work. They are least bothered about your career and growth.

Learning is good process is good work pressure enough good 5.5 day working. Facilities are good benifit are good. Job security is high. Work life balance is good. Overall a good company. Join with handsome package then life is shorted 👍

...s different and job is completely different. Ethical exploitation is being done. They pay you salary of senior engineer and work to be carried out as manager role.

very nice and chairman concern is very good he can intract with every one. Family life is very good, good working hours only increments are very low it is between 5-7% but bonus are very high if company can achieve targets they can give 2months salary as a bonus.

Nothing but some politics are there that's why I left from organization after 4years of journey.
