The salary structure is good and a very good gesture from the CEO to send a letter and a box of chocolates for the parents of the new candidate who is selected in this company.

This company doesn't have a proper training and development in the system. People grow in this system not on the basis of work but personal relationship. If u have an experience in HR but with the help of personal relationship u can be sales manager in this company. Not customer centric as the history of this company says that it was known for cheating its own investor and customers, the legacy still prevails.Not a good for freshers and for people who are experienced want to burn your hands are welcome

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

Management has been changed and the don't give value to old employees. Company is only focusing on revenue now rather than client & employees satisfaction.

FastFox is good company to start with. Career growth is fantastic and the compensation is incomparable. Work environment gives a feel of work at home. Management is so supportive.

There are 2 useless fellows namely M*dan N and D*nesh P. There work is just save their jobs by doing nothing for the company and at the time of cost cutting they will fire you to save himself..if you think i am wrong..just go and work with them.
