Is Project Manager (of HR projects) a good position to take in Tata Capital for a 7 yrs exp Tech PM, as Tata Capital not being an IT firm.

Guys, I have 7 yrs of exp working as Tech Project manager in IT industry, I got an offer from Tata capital as Project Manager - HR projects. I'm little concerned about will there be any impact in switching the job in future to any IT org, after working for atleast 1 yr in Tata capital as Tata capital not being an IT firm. Also, do share your feedback on HR projects domain, will it impact in getting role in any other IT domain (like application management, etc) in future. Addtnl info: The PM - HR projects role does have relevance to IT, the role involves RPA bots monitoring & implementation, issue detection & fixing, etc I accepted this & willing to join there due to, 1. Big Brand name on my resume, as so far I only had small org names on my CV. 2. In anticipation to make it to Big firms in future, if I've a tag of being a PM @ Tata capital compares to Tech PM at any unknown org. Becoz I feel Big org prefer someone from big org over small org (Correct me if I am wrong?)

...e place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.

There are 2 useless fellows namely M*dan N and D*nesh P. There work is just save their jobs by doing nothing for the company and at the time of cost cutting they will fire you to save himself..if you think i am wrong..just go and work with them.

Especially the 3D department. Managers try to force employees to work over 9 hours. Target-based work in the Studio department. They ignore the best performers in the departments. Please don't try to finish your work on time or before time. It doesn't matter to you. 9-10% appraisal yearly for those who can prove themselves on a self-task sheet over 120%. either 0%. No increment policy on Promotions. Promotions are not part of the salary benefits, they said. Please do not provide additional work or work from beyond your boundaries without any financial benefits. Monday to Friday job but forced to come on every Saturday. Very irritating Department.
