Our housing project is very well, our company's construction ideas are mind blowing that's why people come here to see our projects, we get together with many people because of it we have relation development with them or it makes easier for marketing.

This is not a long time place for new bees and Hard workers. Very tough to sustain and get incentives. If manager supports the new bee then possible to get incentives or salary increase. I wasted my 2 years of career here.
