You could be doing good work for 10 years and still be asked to leave because of how unorganised and moody the senior management is.

The salary is always on time The RO office is not in good shape and does not have any benefit.

They are very high on layoff. Very frequent layoffs since I joined. The team managers are not monitored and the reportees are micro managed.
