Work culture is pathetic Employees are not valued at all It’s a place of blame game Day by day hotstar is discontinuing there ads revenue product. HR function is absolutely of new use There is hiring standard. Any person is joining in a leader or people manager role without having a media experience.

Extreme work pressure and very poor work life balance, No breather at all Extremely poor management and planning High level of hierarchy and politics Less appreciation No retention policy No team bonding activities at all, you will have to just work 24/7 without fun so its extremely boring after a while

No job security for interns. Learning here is limited to this company only & not usefull for other companies. WFH is good.
