Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is ready to adopt new technology & open to learn new things.I was having open hand to implements new ideas which I have learn in Taj/ITC.Hotel location is very good very near to Taj Mahal. We have maximum foreign clients. Atmosphere is very healthy.

Dislikes

Being owner doesn't belong to the hotel Industry,that is why he is not professional.But other hand he listen to me & do discus about the hotel requirement . He do incur rage people.

Because the location of this property is very good, and we can see The Taj Mahal at the roof top.

Dislikes

i like everything in this property.. i have no reason of dislike this property.because all staff is excellent and everything is good over there...
