It is a heritage hotel , run & managed by M/s. Akoi Saab ( A partnership Firm ) , you can easily adjusted in the system.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Being a head you are responsible , but no delegation of powers. The employees welfare and growth are big questions . Lack of recognition at all levels.

In the company the boss is very good nature person. And he give you free atomsphere to work. The company main focus to employee should work not let them work. Company always think about employee. It dont apply any penalaties or deduction to get loss. The company main is a spiritual person.

When i was in the company. Employee of the company think that this is not our company so why we care about its. They did not work as they are paying. And use extra mind to to show our work. Comany main employee always try blame another person if any loss.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
