The basic work environment is very good to adapt the nashik culture without expecting anything in return while employees are in critical situation. Organization won't be with employees while it is global pandemic situation. During #COVID19 situation, organization terminates lots of employees without their remuneration, even they terminated from their staff acomodation without any alternative arrangements.

Dislikes

Organization deduct amount from the remuneration in the form of PF, ESI, accidental policy etc without giving appropriate number or documentation of the respective mentioned above.
