1. Scam company 2. Owner know how he can eat employee salary 3. Owner know how he can misbehave to all employee 4. I think company will not survive till 2027. Its my 3 year experience in this company 5. Salary will never come. Exist person or Notice period serving person 6. Till now Owner not given salary of covid time

None. It's the worst company. They will pay very low and expect you to work for more than 12 hours a day.

Worst company, don't join this company. They will fire you when they don't need you without any prior notice.

...very few employess left. 80% of the team has left, rest they are putting on LWP. Not giving salary to employees from last two months. So they are not in the condition to survive right now.

Hostbooks is one of the company who has sent a handful of employee pay without leave. Due to non availability of work. But they stand behind every employee, and supporting them in whatever they can.

Dislikes

There are no clear policies for any post. U have to gain all by your own efforts and hardwork.

...politics and the management does not address our issues even proper information. Not paying salary on time or not pay your full salary. After you resign, you are ignored, your mails and calls are not even answered.
