Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management. give good appraisals are fair and good salary every year bonus

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Here there is a lot of opportunity to learn because it is about work They tell us and tell us to work

There is a lot of dust and the road side is not clean at all and the canteen arrangement is also not good

Dont have any belief in employees, Continious Audits, unnecessary work pressures and urgent requirements, insufficient warehouse inventory which leads everything urgent in purchase.
