Less no. Of real working people and more no of managers and making a mess.

No skill development program for employee, and no appreciation for site based engineers and may delay in getting the salary if the client doesn't pay. More no. Managers and less no of real working people. Managers are usually acting as damagers and the management doesn't care. It will be really good if u have a credit card. Yearly increment is pathetic. Very strict in punching and there is a lady manager and accountant interested only in cutting the salary. All benifits are taken by the office staffs and they have good hand on management. In nutshell all works are done by site employees and benefits and credits are taken by office staffs. Very pathetic 😂😂😂

...at are you going to do, don’t go in meetings but share what are you going to do. And update it regularly in HRMS as salary will be deducted, leaves are having some glitch, you are responsible. The worst, irritating company

I wished they had a branch in Thane or Ghatkopar. For me it took 2.5 to 3 Hours Daily to Reach Office from Home and again 3 Hours back. But that was my personal problem. There was nothing to dislike about this Company.

Office politics - The Boss supports all this. The old employees behave as if it's their father's company. No Job security. So please don't rely on this job. They dislike honest real employees that want good for the firm. You need to bootlick there to stay in the firm for long.
