Very much bad company to work

Not a good company to work. Sunil asrani one of the bad person in this company. I worked for 15 days but no salary was paid by him. He said do whatever you want we will.not give salary. Please do not take Sunil Asrani in any of the company to work in real estate.. He is a big cheater providing false information to the clients in real estate. There was no cleanliness and there was no proper sales office. The sales office I myself and all employees were working in rats, lizards, chameleon in the sales office. This company takes solesailing from the developer.in real estate. There was no business at all. They do.not provide mobile phone and laptop no cleanliness.. Please do not work with this company and do not take Sunil Aarani forever in any of the company I will be putting it on Instagram and FB. They do.not provide salary and do.not pay salary at time. There was no.support at all from the.company and Sunil Asrani. Please do not work with this company.. There was one lady HR Monalisa she was not giving proper response for the salary. There was no absenteeism from my side 15 days and salary was not paid to me. Very bad company to work with them in real estate. I was travelling far from my home to their office but no conveyance and no salary was paid to me Kindly do not work with this company. Sunil Asrani thinks he is a VIP person of Mumbai and Big CP of Mumbai having a lot of attitude

1) They are not the people with whom any one want to work 2) 3 people resign form there positioned of digital marketing expert because of there poor management 3) TL's are really very good but both leave the company 4) 5 people leave the company within the week now please you decide u have to join or not 5) they need donky who work for 9 hour's without asking any other question. 6) HR & so called Management team dont manners that how to talk to other employee's 7)

Good work environment, Good benefits , Good to learn for digital marketing platform. Main reason I choose this company because it's is just 10 mins away from kurla as well as tilak Nagar station.. I happy to be on a team that values teamwork and person growth

Incentives are good for Sales team in this industry. A good company to grow with💯 ew ideas are always appreciated, and perspectives are heard and valued. Very friendly and positive working environment, and putting that extra working hours comes naturally.

Work life balance is there but nothing much for growth. You won't get your incentives.. All they expect is you keep giving business and there is no such thing as tracking of incentives. So you won't get yours no matter what you do.. I left with 4lakhs of incentives not getting received..
