Good Company to work. Very good culture of 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Fastest growing company with technological upgradation in plastic injection moulding tools and dies.

Nothing. Company keeps on updating and improving their HR policies like variable pay. Earlier there was 20% Salary deduction under the variable pay scheme but now this has been removed by top management on employees request. Now there is no variable pay deduction and every employee gets full salary as per his appointment letter.

... training programs for employee. They Conduct great incentive schemes for staff. I am working here and taken 60% of salary hike with 18 months due to my hard work. If you work hard salary is not a question here!

...d you can wrap-up at 5:00PM without and Good Boy / Bad Boy politics of show off. Half day salary will be deducted if you are late than 08:15AM. Good for freshers because there are good learning opportunity for freshers and those who are less than Rs. 45000 salary per month. if you are at higher level person then you can be fired very soon within 60 days or you will be forcefully made to resign.

20% salary will be deducted under the tag name of variable. The company's entire business is fully 100% dependent on China imports. Their products are overpriced from the market due to which they are experiencing the scarcity of good clients. The costing is always faulty and area of struggle because there is no specialist for sourcing , procurement and costing. BA pass college fresher girls are leading the procurement and costing of Injection moulding Tools, Parts and Process despite of company's 100% business on sourcing. So you can imagine the level of company. ERP System is faulty with a lot of errors and the blame of ERP errors comes to employees. Not even a single IT boy is here to solve IT and ERP related problem. almost 30% of time internet connection and ERP system is not working and top management will always blame you that you performance is not good. The company do not comply to labor law and do not follow the norms of EL, PL, CL, SL and tea time and breaks. The are very eager to deduct salary for late coming and 20% fixed deduction on salary under the name of variable. There is only single toilet for 30+ persons and this is a violation of labor law under the clause of basic sanitation facility.

One of the things I love about Hongyi JIG Rapid Technologies is that the Company offers tones of new opportunities to freshers as well Experienced candidates. After joining this company, I get to meet the most phenomenal CEOs of my Life Mr. Jagdeep Khattar and Mrs. Sonia Khattar. The company Environment is very friendly and Politics free. One gets the proper recognition for their hard work and dedication. The Management is good. The timings of the company is also fantastic (From 08:00AM-05:00PM), one can spend time with their family as well. Working environment is safe for women.

The working culture at Hongyi Jig Rapid Technologies is very friendly. Employees are always ready to help each other. Timings are very good from 0800-1700. We get sufficient family time in the evening. Managing Director Mr Jagdeep Khattar sir is very energetic and technically sounded person. Not only on professional front he gives best solution for any kind of problem in life. CEO Mrs Sonia Khattar ma'am has no match, so cool and calm. Feeling great working here.
